Belief

Believe is so important. You take a giant step towards your goals when you believe you can achieve them.

Your course manual has a few visual testimonials to help you see what's possible in only 12 weeks.

These folks hit some big and diverse goals using my system and you can too.

Emotional Reason

Attach an emotional reason to believe and you're halfway to your goal:

Why do you want to change your body and what's the reason for that reason?

Does that reason maybe have even a deeper reason?

This system pushes your limits and that's always easier when you're driven by your why.

Take some time.

Be thoughtful and find your why.

Pain Reframe

According to many people who study the psychology of success, including tony robbins a personal hero of mine, your brain only responds to two things - pain and pleasure.

Unfortunately it's an imperfect system. Messages can naturally get crossed or misinterpreted and our brains aren't naturally good at playing the long game. They seek instant gratification.

But the good news is you can train your brain. You can start associating lifting with results. The compliments you get, the way you look and feel in your clothes, instead of the brief muscular pain, you go through to get these pleasures.

Same with work, food, relationships or anything else. Once you reframe how you view pain, you've totally changed the game. Your course manual has information on how to do just that.

Work

Now one more meta message before we dive into the nitty gritty.

Work is the key variable of success. It's so important that's why I saved it for last.

Belief and emotional engagement only gets you halfway there.

Work drives you all the way home directly to your goals.

It's not about perfection. Perfection paralyzes. It's about consistency.

If you consistently put in the work, you'll smash through your plateaus and you'll achieve amazing results.

You can't climb the ladder success with your hands in your pocket.

You won't get a hit if you don't swing the bat. Climb, swing, relish the missteps and strikeouts. For their proof that you're pushing your limits and growing.

Enjoy the journey because the journey is everything my friends. Don't just watch these articles, study them, dissect them.

Practice the movements
Practice the movements
Practice the movements

Until they becoming grained in your nervous system.

Put in the work. Remember arnold's most important secret to success:

None of my rules work unless you do.
