When will I receive my order?
We ship from warehouses in NJ and CA. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
How can I check my order status or tracking information?
You will receive emails with tracking details once your order ships. You can also log in to your account, go to My Orders, click View Order, and check the latest status under the Track Shipment section.
I only received one package.
Some large fitness equipment is shipped in 2-3 separate packages. While we ship them at the same time, they may not arrive together due to carrier logistics. Please allow 1-2 additional days for all packages to arrive. If you still have concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What should I do if parts are missing or damaged?
If any parts are missing or damaged during transit, please contact us, and we’ll promptly arrange to send the replacement parts to you.
