Home Gym Power Rack

I incorporated this into my home gym a couple years ago, and it has changed the way I work out, and is still sturdy and holding up strong. If you are looking for a rack and you're on a budget, I definitely recommend it. I love mine. Nicer finish, the little details like the bar rack are much higher quality. But for the price, this does what it is supposed to, so I'm definitely happy with my purchase

I've been using the Vanswe Power Cage a few times a for almost 4 months. Assembly was simple, everything fit together easily. The components are of great quality and extremely durable and sturdy. The version I got has cable system which allow for plenty of variety in workouts. We had different size weight pegs delivered with the cage, and Vanswe customer service quickly shipped out replacements for us. The replacements had an issue that might have been damage during shipping, and customer support replaced those for us as well. This company is obviously serious about having satisfied customers. The product we got was priced well and is awesome.. so I don't think you can go wrong buying one of these from Vanswe!

Needed something that would fit in the basement. For the price it’s super sturdy. Easy to assemble.

Once i learned that the top cable goes outside the bar and not through it (my mistake, it was in the instructions, I just thought I was smarter than them) this has been a great piece of equipment. It has some things I haven't even used yet like the t-bar and has saved me a FORTUNE on gym dues. Oh! And the cross bars literally saved my life on an ego bench.

I put this together by myself in about 2-3 hours. Solid once you get the bolts tightened. Just don't tighten to much on the tubing as it'll bend. For the price, it's great. Holds 700 pounds of plates very well. Beats spending thousands on a commercial one. I bought this as a backup to going to the gym when I'm running late. I accented it with two Bowflexes back to back with the extender rods and extra big hooks for a total of 800 lbs resistance on them. Pretty much about able to do anything I do in the gym. The upper and lower cables are pretty nice and operate as they should. The pullup bar holds my 245 lb. frame nicely. I like that it has the band anchors top and bottom and use the upper ones to also hold my smaller plates. The bands are good for a little help when doing pullup reps. I use the bar hooks on the inside of the rack and it's a little cramped but I'm able to do deep heavy squats without hitting the plates as long as I keep the 45s on the lower weight racks. I like having the safety bars/bar rest when doing heavy squats just in case. I might get some better bar hooks eventually. A little hard to hit when racking 500 after several reps. The accessory attachments are a nice bonus. The dip bars are nice and sturdy. Happy so far.
