I want to tell you all about this great piece of equipment. It arrived t my house a few days after I ordered it. Upon opening the box everything was there except the assembly instructions. I emailed the manufacturer and within 3 hours they had emailed me the assembly instructions. And it was Labor Day weekend!! They also followed up on email to make sure I was satisfied (which I was). The assembly was very easy and took about 40minutes. I have a gym at home with other exercise equipment from other companies that I’ve purchased over ther years. This piece from VANSWE is the best piece in my gym. It’s super smooth to operate with the pulleys, easily adjustable, and really solidify built. I would highly recommend purchasing this piece of equipment. Customer service was outstanding too.

Works awesome, excited about all the workouts this makes possible from home. I bought two to be able to properly do cable chest and back flies. Love it. Easy to assemble, takes up little to no floor space in an already small workout space. Shipping these large items must be a pain. The boxes take a beating. I don’t have anything negative to say here other than be acceptable to a few scratches or dings. However, i am confident that if you contact the company that is selling this item that they will go way above and beyond to see that you are satisfied with your purchase. I know, they did for me. UPDATE: I have had a 1 1/2 years now and still use alot. Still works great and makes my home gym very versatile.

Customer service was great! Was missing a pulley and contacted customer service and shipped on out asap. Did what everyone recommend and supported top and bottom. Great space saver!

This is exactly what I was looking for. My husband put it together. He said the instructions could have been better but easy nonetheless. The packaging was great. The quality is good as well. The only thing I don’t like is the attachment that comes with it. That isn’t a deal breaker. I sprayed The cables and wheels with WD 40 because the cables seemed a bit stiff. I am happy with this machine.
